how to dry polishing pads
I've just used some Lake country CCS pads and gave them a wash, but am struggling to get one of the denser/more abrasive pads dry.
I've washed them with cold water and ringed them out and put them on the random orbital for a bit to get as much water as i could out. I've been trying to air dry them on a towel rack for 2 days, but i can still feel moisture in it. So what should i do? does it usually take quite a few days to air dry them??? |

I know it's not recommended but I've put mine in the clothes dryer a few times and never had any issue with the velcro seperating. YMMV.......
BTW, don't use them wet. I did one time, I thought it was dry and it was still a bit damp. It left a weird film on my paint from the heat and moisture that I had to then polish back off again.

bit reluctant to chuck mine in a clothes drier. i washed one of mine in warm water (not hot) and it seems to have warped a little bit!
btw how do you wash them, and what product do you use? |

I hand wash my pads. Let them air dry in warmish places - usually take a few days to dry, which is okay cause I only use them every couple of months.
