Name the part!

Ok, who can name the part in the photo?

2008 BMW 135i E88 Automatic

Note, I can't remove the OEM lower charge pipe and I'm guessing this assembly is why as I don't see it in an intercooler install instructions that say the pipe can be removed from below (in one piece!).

And the winner is...

Trans fluid cooler/heat exchanger
Has lines from both rad and trans.

Here's a different view-
red stripes are trans lines

Also, just that one little torx screw mounts the cooler to the radiator fan shroud- remove that screw and you can move the cooler around quite a bit...

Thanks, I had a feeling that's what it was but I couldn't find it on RealOEM. I did remove that single screw to the shroud but it didn't seem to move much, I'll have give it another try. I don't want to destroy the pipe incase I have to switch back and on RealOEM it looks like I would have to purchase the lower AND upper for some reason ($195 each).

With that said, if the OEM part is a single piece (assembly with one-time clamp) there must be a way to get it out/in in one piece.
