PPK burbels missing

So basically my cars charge pioe broke, so i take it yo bmw still underwarrenty, e,pecting them to fix it, thwy see my oil catch can and decided to open up the dme, now the previous owner had a jb4 installed because their was wires left over, so that voided my warranty. Got the car back pit in a vrsf charge pipe, and cleared all the codes, now when i drive my burbles are missing.
Car is a 2013 135is, so it comes with the ppk2
either the dealer took it off, or something wrong with the car, every now and then it has a rough idel, goes up to 900 to 1000 and drops back down slowly to 600.
Does anyone have and idea, jist want my car to be back to normal

Garage List
Could they have reset or reloaded the ECU and forgot to put PPK2 back on? I would ask the question.

The software won't let you do that. If your car is an IS and comes with the PPK tune as standard then your car will only receive that software if it was updated. There isn't much that can be undone accidentallt or forgotten to be loaded after an update. Not on a car with factory PPK tune anyway. If someone has a standard 135i with a PPK flash loaded outside of the dealership network then there is a chance it will be lost after programming.

Sounds to me that you have an air leak possibly
