Asking Price:
USD 7,500.00

Item Interest
2009 BMW 128i. 132k. VIN: WBAUP73569VF07269. Manual transmission, sports package, and Shadowline trim. Mechanically nearly perfect (one side marker light is out). New TRW M3 front control arms, Koni Special Active shocks, driveshaft, catalytic converters, valve cover gasket, tires, engine mounts, trans mount, brakes, etc... Drives perfectly and with the Koni shocks it rides great too. Only issue is that it could use paint due to fading on top. This has the ideal spec with no additional weight and complexity, just a pure driving experience. Driving feel is much better than when BMW started to use electric steering on later cars. Clean NM title in hand. Basically I bought it as a neglected project and got it mechanically solid, but just don't drive it. Address the paint issues and it would be a really nice car.

Might me helpful to list the miles, and maybe the options and packages beyond the nice Sports Package. GLWS

Good point, copied text from another ad and forgot the miles. Added the VIN so all the details can be pulled up.

Very interested in this. Other than the paint, any other major cosmetic issues? Looks like some minor sear wear. Not concerned about small issues just want to know what to expect. Sounds like you've addressed most of the mechanical issues, any minor issues to note there? New here so I don't think I can DM yet

Yeah, I wanted to sort it out mechanically. Other than the side marker light, no mechanical issues or warning lights. Lots of new parts, only quality parts, Corteco, TRW, etc...

Cosmetically, the front bumper has a ding that's partly obscured by the front bumper, and some of the paint peeled on it. Looks like it was repainted poorly at some point. Some minor cracking on the left lower part of the driver's seat, and a cracking spot on the armrest. Both you can see in the picture.

Basically it's mechanically fixed up, just needs some paint work.
