Hi,
Does any of you have the TUV documents for the 1m kit BMZ MN01? I have this kit on my car that I recently purchased but the TUV documents was missing. Need this document for the Norwegian "DMV". If some of you have this, a colored copy would have been very helpfull. Thanks.

I just checked, no TUV documents with my US-spec kit, sorry. Have you contacted Ohlins directly? I'll bet they could email you a PDF of what you need.

Ohlins can provide this but I need to "apply" and pay for them to send it to me. So therfore wondering if some of you had this document. It is the same document for all 1M kits.

Hey guys, can anyone tell me what camber is approximately on the front with the recommended 17mm ride height drop? How much +/- adjustment is there? I'd like to achieve -2 to -2.5 level, can this be done without camber plates?

Hi, just had alighment done. Mine is lowered around recommended from Ohlins and they managed to get -1.5 camber without pulling the pins. Not sure how much extra you get when pulling the pins, but i belive you need camber plates to reach more than -2.0 camber

When I had my 1M I was able to get -2 just by lowering the front about 1" over stock.

That's a lot of drop though! Front clearance especially with a lip would be minimal. |

Does anyone have Harold's contact info? I have a 2010 135i and a chance to buy a full set up R and T for the years 11-13 1M. If I'm reading this thread it will not work. However, I've read other threads stating the set up will work? Now I'm confused. Any insight is greatly appreciated. Last edited by Tews; 05-07-2024 at 04:55 PM.. Reason: Grammar |

BMZ MN01S1 is still available. Don't believe what other shops are telling you!
PM for prices too low to advertise! |

I have recently purchase a 1M with Ohlins that were installed in 2017 and never been serviced. I assume they were tracked as there is negative 3 degrees camber. How long do I go before having to rebuild them?

I've seen as low as 20k miles and high as 50k miles as far as recommendations go.
I saw the driving video on C&B of the car you bought -- it's not clear what is causing that concerning noise but it makes sense to rebuild them at minimum to help rule them out as a cause. |

When in doubt about their condition, have them fully serviced.
