Reset adaptations data

2013 Is

Is there a method to reset this data? I'm hoping this will help my DCT lag at low speeds issue. Any input very welcome as I am new to this car.

You can use MHD to reset adaptions

I tried this procedure and it seems to have worked! A short drive afterwards and the lag is gone. Sweet!
