135i boost leak any ideas?

Hey guys recently I’ve had a underboosting issue on my 135i N55 pure stage 2 turbo

New vacuum lines
New boost solenoid
Divider valve was done 10k miles ago and so was most of the pure stage 2 work.

The underboost is extremely consistent I’ll link logs but it looks to be hitting the same numbers over and over weeks apart.

Would a boost leak do that?

https://datazap.me/u/jackwigington/rest?log=0&data=4-15
https://datazap.me/u/jackwigington/s...og=0&data=4-15

Could it be my turbo?

Could also be a cracked charge pipe.

Not exactly no. I haven’t had to much time and am going outa town at the end of this month so I’m dropping it off to get boost leak tested.
All I’m basically asking is if a boost leak could cause that consistent of boost level shown across all three logs.

I’m not leaning towards the diverter valve but still any answer to that question would help tremendously

Boost leak test is required given you have done the other stuff. I would ask the shop to test to 25psi.
I pressume you have upgraded inlet, charge pipe, intercooler and pipework?

Yes sir I pressure tested it but couldn’t hear or see anything but hey I could’ve missed something.

But yes everything else has been done to support the ps2 turbo

But if you look at the datazap log you’ll see my boost go up to 14 almost instantly then climb up to 17 slowly and stay there

Do you know if a boost leak can cause that issue?

So you have tested to 25psi, sprayed soap spray around all the joints?
Who is tuning the car?

Chris at motiv. He already looked at the logs and suggested that he thinks it’s a boost leak or vacuum leak (I replaced every line and boost solenoid)

I have but again it was my first ever time performing one and to be completely honest I was rushing as I needed the car to just run and drive for a little while this month so it is very possible I could’ve missed a boost leak.

But the reason I started this thread is I’ve never seen anyone else’s boost leak logs look as consistent as mine that’s why I’m worried it’s something else

Ok.
I will have a closer look on my pc later on a logs. To hard on phone.

Boost leaks can be very consistent.

Have you tried a ots mhd map for comparison?

No not yet I will tomorrow. Thanks for the idea.
I have reflashed the tune a couple of times (getting different gas I know is bad so I put some e85 in it to make sure the car liked it haha)and the same thing happens

135i n55 6spd manual (GS6-45BZ, has a stage 3 twin disk clutch)
No fueling mods done as the car is only pushing around 460 and that is where 93 usually caps out.
