MMI vs Headunit w/display for Android Auto

I installed an MMI unit from Andream in my F25, but not having a touchscreen is a little annoying with iDrive controller.

The screen in the E82 is even smaller so was thinking of installing this instead of MMI box as it is 10.25" and touchscreen. Either way I also plan on adding a backup camera and looking for recommendations on that a well.

Any experiences with the display? I haven't seen a lot about it in this forum.
