I greatly apologize to everyone that's taken the time to sign up. If anyone has a way to make them at a better cost I'd be happy to work something out and supply the initial mud flaps to create the molding, pls feel free to let me know |

Personally, I would paint them so I'm not too worried about them being printed. While I don't know much about 3d printing, what I've seen points to their being a difference between hobbyist printing and more professional efforts. Id like to think we could find a professional to print for a reasonable price.

Please, please, PLEASE 3D scan and reproduce these.
These are the ultra rare mudflats (ridiculous I know..) that a lot of 1er's have been looking for since discontinuation. There are a few sets out there that move between 1-series owners, but definitely not enough to meet the demand. If you could share the 3D scans with the world and have cheap ones molded in China, that would better. Please feel free to profit off the first set for us, but share those scans with the world! Count me in for a set! |

No promises, but Ill look into 3d scanning these. However, the creation of moulds is expensive.

I still think just outsourcing to a firm that will scan/print is cheapest option. Moulds are just not cost effective at the volumes we're talking. One question that will have to be addressed is whether professional printing can offer a material with the right flexibility.

Unfortunately based on the costs to get any moldings was just out of my budget. At this point I greatly apologize to everyone that's taken the time to input their names but I will not be able to reproduce the mudflaps. As of now the mudflaps are sold, sorry I wish I could supply you all with a set but I only had one
