More 3.0 than 2002

So... who else thinks that the 1 series looks more like the 3.0 cs than the 2002:

And even look at the 3.0 csl.. I think the 3.0 tii concept has alot of the same cues (just look at that hood!!)

Any commets??

I thought a discussion other than pricing might be fun.

I wish the 135i was as pretty as the 3.0CSi (or CSL). That's the prettiest Bimmer ever, imho...

You are RIGHT ON. Never thought that way, but it is more 3.0.

Some have said the 1-Series resembles the Mustang.

+100!

Wow now that the tie has been made, it does look more like the Sr. Six than the 2002! :headbang: :eyebulge: The "flame surfacing" on the side panels, the tall upright greenhouse, and the sharp beltline all are contiguous with the 1-er. Very good catch!

I noticed the similarities after renting the move Fracture. The main character drives a beautiful 3.0. I spent most the movie waiting for another appearance of the car. (The movie wasn’t too bad either)
