Garage queen 135?

So i found a 135is that im really thinking about jumping on. Its clean, has the msport package, 6 speed, etc, all for 23k at 47,000 mi.

The car includes a full service history that shows the car was tuned with Dinan stg 2. It's had a hpfp replacement, and about 6000mi ago it had 3 new injectors installed, along with a new valve cover (old one was cracked). During the valve cover replacement, all 6 plugs and coils were replaced. The car was always serviced by BMW.

Basically my question is; is all of this service a good thing? or should i be worried im getting a problem-engine?

Not a 135is. The 135is was only for model year 2013. A VIN decoder might list the 135i as a 135is. This is wrong.

Dinan stage 2 tune is a plus, as is BMW service IMO, especially since you're not the one who had to pay for it.

HPFP, plugs, and coils are standard replacements on the 135i. Valve cover can go, less common but it happens. If there was nothing else on the record I'd say you're in for a treat. Have it thoroughly inspected for oil leaks, crunchy hoses, etc.

All normal stuff that goes wrong with our cars. I would jump on this car - as it sounds like a nice clean car.

All normal stuff, but if that's a 135is it's definitely not a garage queen with that many miles.

That must have been where the original confusion came from. The original owner posted a spec sheet for the car that listed it as a 135is, stating thats what the dealer was calling it.

Thanks for the advice all. I misread the service records and thought the car had been driven only 500mi since last April, but then realized it has actually had 8000 miles put on it since. So yep, not quite a garage queen. Cars that aren't driven make me nervous.

If the inspection checks out, its getting a set of new s-04's or pilot super sports for the 300 mile drive home .
