Are you kidding? On the internet, everyone has owned an M3 CSL along with a couple Porsches and can drive any vehicle known to man PERFECTLY!

Well, you can forget all that. The new car is fitted with a turbocharged straight six. Turbocharging? In an M car? That’s like putting gravy on an ice cream.

How long did it take to get a confirmation email? Haven't received one yet...hopefully they are still taking registrations.

Obviously whoever is fortunate enough to be selected needs to be prepared to write an in depth review and should basically not expect to get much done for several days after they get back since they will be bombarded with questions.

Looks like there will be major restrictions on photos/video. Hopefully BMW doesn't have the lucky winner sign a nondisclosure agreement!

Are you using IE or Firefox?

If IE try compatibility mode, if Firefox try IE!

Had same thing myself. Also as suggested, I also uploaded smaller photo.

Didn't take long, after trying four times however I found all four confirmation emails in my Junk Items folder!

I received an invitation to go sign up for it this morning from M-Power. But I signed up last night. I saw the new email from them and before I opened it I just about flipped - I thought . . . well, you know what I thought, and it was GOOD!

I'm entered and praying to win- so I can actually write about driving this thing rather than what it is made up of! Also, haven't been to Germany this year and miss the roads- haxen and of course the bier!

Registration will be open until the end of this week, at least.

For obvious reasons, the M-Power.com website is experiencing heavy loads today, so please just continue trying. As I said, there's plenty of time left.

Best regards,
south

Any idea when the announcements will be made? (I need enough lead time to request time off, lol)

I received an e-mail after registration on M-power.com, so I hope you received one too!

That is a good question--but given that there wouldn't be a HUGE number of Bimmerpost members in general, we should all have a decent chance.

I actually wouldn't object to have you represent rest of us. First, you are obviously passionate about cars, and second you are willing to set aside time to do a comprehensive write up. Which is much better than someone who goes and don't have time to give a thorough review.
