135 Street and Track Alignment
I have a 2012 135 with Performance Suspension and Dinan camber plate.
I plan on doing 1-2 drack days a year, and drive only 5,000 miles a year. I was thinking of doing an alignment of: -2.3 Front with 0 toe -1.8 Rear with 1/16 toe in Les Schwab said they coudn't align it like this becuase it was "out of spec" and they won't take that liability. There new machine is very advanced and could do it, but they won't do it. The car currently sits at: -2.2 Front 0 toe -1.3 Rear 1/32 Toe in I think I should try to squeeze a little more negative camber out of it. But since Les Schwab won't do it, do I find an old fashioned alignment shop to try to do it? And what do you guys think of my preferred alignment specs? |

I'm running almost those exact specs you are trying to align to. I run the car a handful of track days and drive it maybe 5k a year, so far no wear issues and works great at the track, though if I could get a bit more negative camber I would.
