windshield wiper question

My drivers side wiper range stops at an angle to the windshied.
The bottom is close to the edge, but the top stops pretty far from the edge.
This is a problem only because as it wipes the rain, the rain "puddles" on that edge, and when the wiper comes back down it draws water back towards the cleared part.

I'm just wondering is this just how it's set for every 1?
If not, then I'll adjust it to go farther to the left, if possible.
My CA said to bring it in and they will look at it, but it's a minor thing, and I'd rather do it myself than to make an appointment and have take all the time to get it done. I can probably do it in the fraction of the time the overall appointment would take.

Sounds like you just need to move it round a couple of splines.
