Ohlins rear spring preload

I setup my ohlins at the recommended height, spring at 37mm and shock at 223mm

I noticed at full droop the spring can be moved a tad and not completely pressed. I don't think it'll pop out but not sure if this is right. On other coilovers I usually compress the spring 5-10mm then shorten the shock so ohlins is new to me.

Can't really preload the rear IMO. It's not a coilovers back there. Add a helper if you're worried about it coming loose.

I'm running 8 inch tall springs in the rear with Ohlins and they are just barely loose at full droop. No issues on street or track.

Perfect thanks guy. Sounds like it's not a problem. Also fantastic coilovers

I had to use helper springs on my setup to keep enough compression on the rear springs. Allows for more adjustability and worth the piece of mind IMO.
