If you had to just choose 1

Ok so there has been alot of talk about how much gains DP's and mid pipes give and all these brands coming out with their own.. if you had to pick 1 to purchase looking at gains (hp/torque), sound, least hassle and $$$ which would you get. Of course some will say I want both or some have more gains then others but lets say you can only get 1 for now which would you benefit from the most? I'd include a full catback but then the gains won't be comparable to the 2 for the price as it is more for looks..

Go with the down pipe, you'll free up more flow with 30hp and 50tq gains.

Hmmm.. this is when people need to show some proof with Dynos because I always had in my mind that DPS give alot of gains but

"PROcede V3 and Dual cones my car put down: 366
PROcede V3 Dual cones, and catless DPs my car put down: 369"

makes me sceptical however many have raved about the gains it made.. so any feedback from others who have a simliar setup who dynoed their cars?

I agree that downpipes would be one of the best bolt on mods, those power gain claims are a WEEE bit liberal.

Here you go guys, first graph is power, second is conditions. As you can see the temperature varied by 3 degrees (nothing), and the humidity by 3% (nothing again).
