grats guys!! sounds tough! excited to see a dyno run

Loaded up the BMS pump backend flash, loaded the ST firmware into the jb4.

Went for a drive and the top end is really impressive, needs major revision of the BEF
to get going correctly but only running 12 psi or spring pressure and it really pulls hard.

Installed the new bms pi controller, loaded the new trebila map

Things are not 100% but hell this thing pull like a freight train

1 or 2 more revisions and we will have it sorted and ready to show the results.

What are the gremlins that asre being chased ?

Its flash based

It takes around 2 to 3 flashes to make things right

On 1st flash atm or alpha flash

Marty finished the tuning across the weekend after just the second flash.
Crazy fast top end keeps your eyes peeled to the tarmac. Naturally, all tests conducted on a private road away from Mr. Plod.
One run at 26psi but will have to limit a dyno run to 23psi in the hopes of keeping the engine alive.

First dyno runs today has the 1M exhaust or mids creating a restriction that prevents turning the wick up any further.

Is this with PI or the modified shotgun kit marty's been playing with?

This is with pi atm and its pretty much maxed out on spool

Justin wanted to play with a common setup everybody uses

We have lots of other little things to put on like pr coils and double barrel shotgun kit, exhaust etc etc

Admittedly the pi is working flawlessly on this setup

Eventually once the testing stops a boostbox and standalone flash will be done with a flexfuel setup

So finally got rid of the restriction but hit another which we have to work out.

23psi = 410rwk
25psi = 450rwk
28psi = 465rwk

I know there is 480rwk there just have to make a few adjustments

This is on a stock motor and stock gearbox and our dynos read far less that USA dynos.

This is good for a mid 10 sec pass with the right tyres

Hopefully we will make the track this week.

All looks good in the log but it's a little slow in spool for a 3584. I guess you guys haven't finished fine tuning. Why no DB adjustments on the JB4 side or are you guys trying to do that on the flash side?

Anyway it must be a fun car to drive.

the boost fluctuations where so small I didn't feel the need to adjust it.

These are just tests for now, there is small tweaks to be made.

This is just showing the kit is finally running and is on track to be released very soon.
