No real gains from intake mods that I've seen verified. Some AFE claims of gains that don't seem realistic to me. Try cutting out the carbon filter in your airbox and see how you like it. You might also look into a euro intake, which is much easier to change/check the filter.
If you mean 3 stage intake manifolds, then you will see significant HP gains, but you will need a tune to take advantage of it. |

I have an INJEN and am very happy with it, in my opinion the benefits of an intake is noise and convenience.
Need to remove an intake for other maintenance/mods? easy you can undo 1 hose clamp and pull the whole thing out, saves a ton of time and frees up a lot of room.

Thanks for the replies. My deal is sort of dead ATM because of the COVID craziness. Service Ontario closed many of their locations, so I couldn't register the car, and I feel like right now, buying a "toy" isn't a great idea.

Poor mans airbox mod. Works great. No carbon filter. Big hole in box cover.
