Hey guys, I think we need to organise this a bit better so we don't miss out next time. I just hope we can still take advantage of the cooler temps before we get hit with another hot summer. I've outlined a basic plan, if anyone thinks of something better, by any means I'm happy to change it. I just wanted a basic plan. This will be my first time to the track. Anyone and everyone is welcome to come along and I would love to hear some advice first hand from people that have been before too.

Meeting point - Calamvale Hotel Carpark at 5:30pm Wednesday 6th October 2010. We will wait 15 minutes and depart at 5:45pm. Cruise into Willowbank together. Let me know if this is too early/late and we can change it.

G'day, you can add me to the list for 6th August. I work 10 minutes from Willowbank so I will just have to see you there.

I understand you guys need to come after work but I'd recommend getting there earlier if possible. I'll be in the queue outside the gate at 5:30.

I would try and be there by 5:30 so you can hopefully get a few quick runs in early before it fills up.
