Hello, i live in the middle east, since shipping + tax from aa was much over my budget.. i had to buy ebay headers.. they were chinese made, copying other headers and costed me 250$.
Couple of tips for installation on e90 :
The header near the firewall touched the engine mount. I solved this by cutting 3 threads from the stud of the engine mount. I have also had to cut the heat shield on the engine bracket mount (the mount that bolts to the block) and grind it a bit from its top. Also had to heat the header merger and hit it a bit to get clearance from the engine mounts. No issues. Also removed all the studs from cylinder head and put new bolts (easier to install). And use the gaskets that were on the oem manifold because the ones in the picture will burn i think or melt..
Ps : i had to do the clearance thing to be able to install the nut for the engine mount (under the rear header merger)
Also i added a metal piece for heat shielding the mount.. i want to upgrade this to to a heat shield similar to the one that people put on turbine (more flexible)

If you're going to cheap out on Ebay headers I recommend these Russian ones. good quality for the money.

I'd say it's worth the money, but be prepared for a massive pain in the ass during installation.
