BC Racing coilovers
So FCP Euro sells them.
EVERYTHING FCP sells comes with lifetime warranty. How is this not a worthwhile purchase? For someone who just wants some mild adjustability and DD's the car. This seems like a best option, no? So I have long winters and lots of salt. If the adjusters seize I just return for new. And really that's the only issue I've ever had with cheap coilovers. I've never blown a seal or lost fluid. Just corrosion problems. |

BC has their own Lifetime Warranty, which probably (definitely) plays into the equation for FCP.
That said, I'm now an Ohlins snob

rather go with a spring and shock combo, bc are good entry level while a bilstein of koni yellow with performance springs is similar in price but you will have a better ride quality and better handling capabilities

^^^^^ This. My son had BC coils on his E46 and even on nearly softest setting the ride was really rough and bumps would upset the car in corners. He said he would never buy them again.

I didn’t like the BCs on my E90 at all. No matter how much I adjusted pre load or rebound, the ride quality was still poor. Went with Koni Yellows and Swift Springs with Dinan Camber Plates on the 1er. Ride quality is OEM+. If you want coilovers for about the same price as BCs, I’d recommend ST Coilovers which are made by KW.
