I find it very interesting that you guys already have christmas trees.
In Germany noone has trees that soon. All people I know put up their trees on the 24th of december. Gifts are presented at night.
I think its in the morning in NA, ain´t that right?

Very true, we put up a fake one the day after Thanksgiving and I will cut down my sons tree on the 17th of Dec. We went to the tree farm and marked it yesterday.

It used to be traditional to wait until December 24 with a live tree, etc. But these days it's become traditional for a lot of families to decorate right after our Thanksgiving Holiday (that's the one where we celebrate slaughtering the native Indians and stealing their food).

I think Europe hold to tradition better than we do in the U.S. We are driven by commercialism.

Not after the Indians took out their pipes and passed it to the Pilgrams, they smoked together and ate turkeys....thats when they said "Thanks Giving"

I loved to visit some of these places, germany, new jersey, North cal...

I really like marble counter top and the rich wood floor. Most importantly is the location of the house. You can have a nice house but if you have crappy neighbor, it the worst thing to go home too.

I totally agree. All my neighbors are older and have youger kids so I can't really talk to any of my neighbors.. and the reallyy old ones like to go out to the public park for our neighborhood and dance in the morning. My house is right NEXT to the park. I love hearing asian-type music early in the morning on weekends when I'm trying to sleep. MM I LOVE IT. I LOVEEEEE ITTTT.
