Unhappy Water coming from Roof/Headliner Edge on Passenger Side

I'm brand new to this site, Just picked up my 09 128i 3 days ago. I took it to a nice car wash locally and when i was running it through water started coming from the edge of the headliner on the passenger side dripping onto the floor. It was just a small amount of water( few drips followed by a few more drips). The sunroof was definitely closed and it didn't come out anywhere near the sunroof. It seemed like it might have come through the seal for the front windshield.

Has this happened to anyone else. Any recommendations of advice is appreciated.

I apologize if i didn't post this in the right place.

I would check your sunroof drains first and make sure they are clear.

That was my first thought, It seems like everyone who has had the sunroof drains back up find water coming down the Pillar instead of right out the edge of the headliner. I will be dropping the headliner this weekend to take a look.

The drains are very easy to check. Open the sunroof and pour water down the drains at the corners of the sunroof drain pan. Look for leaks. Can you tell if the windshield is OE?

I'm thinking the windshield isn't OEM, I can see the wavy seal without even removing the pillars, looks like a crappy windshield replacement job so far. I will be checking the drain tomorrow.
