Congrats! Nice pictures!

I'm so jealous! I hoped to be the first around here

This week I'll try carefully to make straight fast A to B travels until I take delivery of my VO. To be sure to avoid crossing you arround Lausanne ... or that could kill me of jealousy.

But if you are up-to a swiss 1M meeting, we should maybe arrange something!?! And also try to find a BSM. (for the first 3 colors side-to-side pics and provide some food to feed the trolls

)

From the build date to your delivery it's been as fast as you have stated before. Only 3 weeks, I'm envious I don't exactly remember my build date but it seems as an eternity for me!

Just some stupid curiosity when did you pass your order?

p.s c'est le lac Léman! pas le lac de Genève ;-) ...surtout que les photos ont l'air d'avoir étés prisent à l'autre extrémité je me trompe?

A friend of mine is waiting for his black 1M, so we will be able to arrange a AW-VO-SB shooting soon

I said to my dealer that I wanted the 1M as soon as BMW told they were gonna build it, months ago. It was built about four weeks ago, arrived in Switzerland April the 1st and I took delivery April the 20th

But my dad is a very good BMW customer so I had the oportunity to get the first 1M they had (after their VO demo car). I heard there was for the moment THREE 1M in Switzerland !!

PS: Oh que oui c'est le lac LEMAN mais pas en anglais :-/

Good to know that we already have a BSM in sight. We will make some stunning pictures over here

I'll be off-country a couple of weeks in May (the two middles) but I'm ready to arrange a meeting sooner or latter.

It's seems you have been in the starting block way sooner than me, so It's just fair that you have been able to enjoy our last sunny days and the easter we with your 1M. lucky you!

p.s : okay nice spot! C'est un bon coin prêt de lausanne pour rouler la petite M?

I don't know when the BSM arrives, the 120/140 cars arrive... until the end of the year, one after the other.....

PS: Oui c'est un beau coin mais trop habité, je préfère rouler dans la campagne de l'ouest lausannois. Pas une maison, peu de trafic, aucun radar

120/140 ? these is the last info given by your dealer? Quota for Swiss could be lowered to 120?

ps : c'est encore possible ça dans la région lausannoise? Faudra me montrer ça!

Yes I heard about 120 or 140 cars for the swiss market in 2011. Then they will probably get a few more cars early 2012, everything depends on demand for "normal" 1 sÃ©ries this year...

PS: Oui oui c'est possible, j'ai de multiples itinÃ©raires Ã* choix. Quand tu veux pour roder ton futur missile et/ou une fois rodÃ© ;-)
Mais je recommande ce genre de routes pour le rodage, je pense que c'est idÃ©al !

Congrats on the delivery of your 1M!!! The pictures are absolutely gorgeous....I have ordered my Black-1M and can't wait for it arrive....I thought I was going to be one of the YOUNGEST 1M owners lol, however you beat me to it 22>19

Intolerent... it's a bit too lame to describe the swiss regime over here. And if they catch you, your foreigner license wont help you. If you have the fortune and you can reach 180 mph on freeway the 1M* will take a totally different meaning for you. Proven last year by a Swedish and his sls amg.

But if the way they sue you and suck all your $$$ is uniform through the country, how they practice their repression is totally different upon the different states (cantons). Some region don't have any speed-camera only a few mobiles traps and some have the international record cam per miles.

Hopefully as skyphab have mentioned we have some beautiful roads pass where the skypad (0.97G) is more important than the quarter-mile

On my to-drive list too! So much roads to do around here. Many posts about it on the forums. And I remember a great ED video from a 335is owner with many great spots! You must see his photos too amazing landscape with crazy roads going out off sight!!!
