Profiles in the I-Drive Menu?

How do you add the car color and tag number in the profiles. Called BMW assist. they took the info but said that they cant add. dealer said BMW assist adds the profiles. can anyone give me the correct way and how they added the info to profiles. Numbers called etc...

i got my license plate number added by using the SOS button/BMW assist...i dont have anythign that says car color though...

I did that yesterday and they said they do not have anyway to add that to I-Drive profiles. They just took the info and added it to their systems. I also called the 1-888#.

I think I'll press the button tomorrow....its just tempting, and I'm surprised I havent already pressed it.
