I do too, but the other one gives a better angle on the actual tips rather than their openings.

Those tips just don't look right on a BMW.

Agreed. And the kicker? They (Ark) were told what the people wanted and yet they give us the same lame tips as nearly every other exhaust manufacturer out there. Business people today - no desire to listen to their potential clientelle.

Ark dudes - does that look anything like "black" and "aggressive"? ha.

You could always order a set of cyba tips and have those cut off and replaced.

I don't think many people will feel for that sort of finish on the tips and I personally don't like the fact that the tips are rolled (very close to the stock tips in my opinion), but it is always nice to see something different whether I like it or not. I look forward to futher pictures though.

First and foremost, I appreciate Ark's choice to delve into the 1series market and try and offer another choice when it comes to the exhaust. I am apalled at how recently it seems that members on this forum have been tearing down companies trying to offer them a solution for what they are looking for. Ark is a KDM(korean Domestic Market) company and as such it is understandable why they said they have at the moment those types of tips. I am sure they will listen to members suggestions, but at this point those are the tips they use for their current exhaust systems for the genesis, G series, and Z's. I will be picking up my car tomorrow and will discuss members suggestions with them and find out which direction they are thinking of going. But as for now, realize that they don't have to offer us an exhaust they could invest their time somewhere else so let's be greatful for once.

yeah they don't have to, but if they put out something that no one likes then they are just wasting their time. Especially since there are a lot of exhaust options available to us, I'm not putting Ark down, and i'm pretty sure that their exhaust will be great considering what cars they have products for but we drive BMW's not Hyundai's and Nissan's, the JDM scene is different than the BMW scene and what looks good on them doesn't mean it'll look good on a BMW and vice versa. but your comment just seems like we should to them

I have an aFe black tipped exhaust and i love it but i think it could be more aggressive looking. I like the look of the burnt tips but those tecno tips IMO are but i'm with everyone else, can you guys swap those tips out with non-rolled more aggressive looking tips and have a black tip option available?

+1 to what bsm just said. im personally not a fan of rolled tips. they look fat and ugly to me. like a swollen lip on someone's face. but if ark can build an exhaust with their savoir faire for the enthusiasts on this forum kudos to them. the reason why i havent had a set of exhaust on my car so far is nothing out there has made me go wow.

Hey sorry, what I said earlier came out a bit harsh, (i was dealing with some ungrateful customers of mine at the time, and kinda took it out here) i apologize. Essentially what I was getting at though is that those are the tips they have on some of their current exhausts, don't get me wrong, I don't think either of those would look good on a bmw, and if those are what they go with, I will be covering them up, like you said, good on jdm, not good on BMW. Like I said in an earlier post, I will paint the tips black if they don't already come like that. And you are right BSM & KIRKx5m, if they didn't make it geared towards us enthusiasts, then they are wasting both of our time and theirs, especially mine and kirkx5m since we haven't had our cars for the last couple days.

I would like to see them on a black car. My only concern is that it would look ricy, especially with my cf hood and trunk...
