Sports car rental in Syd/Mel warning

Been waiting months for a $25,000 bond from when I rented a Gallardo.
Filed a Visa dispute with my bank which should see the money returned to me, if that fails then I will have to go ACCC, failing that court.

The company is Sydney Sports Car Rental(in Sydney) and Sports Car Rentals Australia(in Melbourne), they go by a few names but the way to recognise them is they are the one with the white Aventador.

They also tried to hit me up for a damaged rim I did not do.

They do this to a lot of people, they have had previous cases with the ACCC which they lost.

Same thing happened to a friend, worse it was a birthday present.

I rented the car for my birthday and my friend put in $10,000 for the bond.

A friend was stung years ago in UK. Hired a Porsche Boxster for his birthday. Returned the car said thanks and few days later he didn't received the bond, they said there were stone chips and would be keeping the bond. He tried to get his bond back but never happened and 100% sure he didn't cause these stone chips. When he looked at the car the stone chips were so small, he would have never noticed them when he collected the car..
