Optimum No Rinse today.

Many gallons of water saved... Only to be wasted when another water main breaks somewhere in the city next week.

Actually two weeks ago - just a wash. Today I spent 5 hours to wash, clay, polish, and seal (BFWD) my wife's black Honda. I spend at least triple the time on her car compared to my car. Happy wife...

In 2012 (I think) BMW changed the name of the sport package to M-sport package and added a few decorative M touches on the steering wheel, shift lever and door sills. All of the good stuff remained the same - sport suspension, sport seats, shadowline trim, etc. Bottom line is that there's no meaningful difference.

Actually, in 2012, both the Sport and M-Sport packages were available... I chose the Sport package.

This came in the mail finally. Was going to put back on the old 135i badge but remembered the M135i badge had the M style numbers that are more aggressive and sleek.

Drove it to work.
Bought a digital microphone to mount to my rear bumper to record exhaust notes while driving. $27 spent to pair with my 720p resolution dashcam that has a poor quality built-in microphone.
I should have a nice driving video by next weekend!

Got my downpipes installed. Love the exotic sound but it's raspy. Might need to put a resonator back on there.

The rasp is real bad, trust me lol. I just ordered a couple Vibrant resonators, so that should cure most if not all of the rasp.

New rear license plate frame: I got the BMW performance one. I feel my car has some right to wear it because of the PE, PPK2, and 313s.
I wanted a pair but I can only find one in yellow letters.

front license plate frame deleted -> completely upgrading my car's status from a/my dealer's free advertisement to something to my liking.

Congrats on that! One of the first things I do when I get a new car is get rid of that POS plastic dealer frame. Got a chrome slimline (with nothing on it) for my 1er when I got the car. Plain and simple. Only have a rear license plate.

Washed and detailed, really needs a good waxing. Considering holding off on that until the weather starts really going "North" in anticipation of snow. A DD'd 135i never rests.
