Coding questions
Question for you guys. I bought my car from another enthusiast on these forums about 8 years ago! I recently had the foot-well module replaced because of a window issue. The issue is some of the previous coding was lost.
I have Bavarian Technic cable, I'm hoping I will be able to accomplish my goals with that! Does anyone know how to do the following? -Code out amber corners when headlights are on for 'euro' look. -Holding unlock on key-fob to open windows and lock to close windows. -Display digital MPH on instrument cluster Thanks! |

Are you wanting to use NCSExpert or Dummy or something more user friendly? Asking b/c those are not terribly difficult coding jobs using the BWW Standard Tools package.

I was able to do all three that OP listed with Carly back in the day. I'm grandfathered with Carly so don't have to deal with yearly subscriptions (I think that's how I've heard it works now, not sure), but from what I've heard, the BimmerGeeks ProTools app can do even more than what Carly can, and apparently cheaper thank Carly in the long run too.
