Smile BMW 1M Car Cover

*Made from “Weathershield” high-performance fabric.

*Compact fiber – will store using 25-50% less space than conventional car cover fabrics.

*Weatherproof – this fabric sheds water as soon as it hits the cover.

*Superior Dry Time – because the fiber sheds water, “Weathershield” has only a 2% absorption factor compared to over 40% absorption by standard fabrics.

*A quick shake and the cover is ready to be stored dry.

*Breathable – no buildup of condensation is held on the paint surface.

*Protects against dirt, dust, environmental influences and scratches.

*Durable – solution-dyed material with built-in UV inhibitors, including an added UV inhibitor for years of protection from the harsh sun.

*Easy care – this fabric can be washed in your home washer and dryer, unlike other car cover fabrics.

*Convenient sewn-in storage bag for protection.

*Helps to maintain the value of the car.

Anyone know if the 1M cover will fit an E36 Coupe?

Sorry for the strange question. I don't need a cover as I garage my car BUT, I am taking care of my sister's E36 for a few months and was thinking of buying a cheap cover for it. If this one fits, I might as well get this one and keep it after I give her back her car?

Great cover, good price. Don't buy from Monrovia BMW--one thread showed them at $232, but hit me with $200 freight charge that was well enough hidden that I did not see!

I have one of these covers and it's a really nice piece. When foldered up in the integral storage bag it fits very neatly in the netted trunk storage area.

NOOB question.... Since the storage case is sewn directly to the cover, do you just tuck it up under the cover or is there some way to cleverly lock the bag into the trunk before putting the cover on so that it can't get ripped off.

The cover can sit in the trunk with the M logo facing down right up to the edge of the trunk latch. The cover then can still be put on the car and isn't easily stolen.

As long as you don't drag the cover over your vehicle you should be okay, it's not soft on the inside like the other BMW covers.

Anyone know why the 1M car cover doesn't fit the convertible? I just bought a 135i convertible and really like the 1M car cover. Does anyone have this for vert? Thanks!

Should fit fine, but loosely, with the top up.
