still, would be worth putting in an order and paying just in case.. they calculate brakes, and other massive composited orders well. in fact, they tend to overcharge.

i wonder why the 135 bumpers are so much more expensive than 130i... i mean.. 2.5x the price is HUGE.

It's most likely that they would send you an email saying that the calculation was incorrect and you owe them $xxx in order to complete the transaction. You'd probably get a refund though so no harm in trying if that's what you need haha.

Maybe I can try and get a 1M bumper, 2 fenders and a window washer fluid bottle sent lol.

Actually why is a window washer fluid tank even needed? Do the fenders not fit with the stock washer bottle? Seems strange as a the fender should actually be wider and not narrower...

I'm thinking the same thing. I got prices for the 1m battery tray and heat shield (ecs wanted $216 to ship the heat shield though, turner motorsport was cheaper at around $76.)

Is the washer tank in the 1m used for the lights as well?

Also how do you plan on going about the side skirts?

EDIT: Just thought I would actually see what the price would be for the 1m kit
For just the front bumper, bumper grill and l/r wings = 1899.14 (was around $980 for the items and ~$918 for shipping)
For the f/r bumper, l/r wings, diffuser, bumper front grill and l/r rocker cover =$3176.10 (the rear bumper carrier would be needed as well... or you could just weld the extra exhaust hanger on it)

Who's keen?

My ECS automatic quote for a 1M front bumper is $618.94 for shipping to Sydney.

really?

i get

Total: $1532.84

front bumper, fenders L/R, side skirts L/R (5 pc total)

Sub Total: 1258.83
Shipping and Handling: 274.01
Total: $1532.84

shipped to 4014, brisbane.

i think that's INCREDIBLY reasonable.

ED: added the grill.. no more shipping fee, just the $55 price tag

ED2: yeah how are you guys getting so much shipping?

postcode 4000/3000/2000 all have the same $274 price for shipping for me?

i assume by 'wings' you mean the fenders?

if i add 'rear bumper' it takes it to $1723 in parts, and won't calculate me shipping automatically haha

after i manage to get my engine in... i'd be pretty keen for the front end haha... i've purchased kits around the same price before that were absolutely terrible and not OEM at all :P

very true

but.. yeah, no harm in trying, worst case no items, get refund!

i think the new window washer tank is a completely different size/shape, as it's fully moulded to the wider fender... or something.

I was getting a quote to 4000 and that was pretty much the whole 1m kit front bar, bumper grill, l/r guards, l/r side skirts, rear bumper and the rear quad diffuser. The quad diffuser was the most expensive item at around high 500s to 600s. Oh were you using AUS dollars? that might have changed it a little?

it's only $100 extra to convert to AUD (well, ish)

quad diffuser does add to the price though, yeah, true.

Hmm not sure why then? I don't think the Aus currency has changed that much has it?

It's crazy how expensive it is for the one of the smallest items, it's almost worth just going carbon over that thing. I really wish I could justify doing this though, but soooo many other mods to do first

>1532.84 USD in AUD = 1673.77 Australian Dollar

Hey Ed, if you're still pursing this, I'm in the market for a new front bumper with PDC holes... got backed into by a random car with a tow bar -_-. If you find something let me know on Facebook and we can combine shipping and get a better deal on the spray/fitting perhaps.

Hello Guys, I have a somewhat similar problem, a p-plater run into me and pushed me into the car at my front (we were waiting at red the p-plater was otherwise occupied while driving) and now the insurance said my car not worth to repair??
but I would not find a replacement for the offered money -
but would it be repairable if I take it back ??
What would you wiser guys advice be?
