Woooo, first post here! Long time lurker... Stoked to add to this thread. This is my outgoing set up. Will post my new set up later this season.
Wheels: Kosei K1 - super cheap, super light!!! Front: 17 x 8.5 +40 Spacer: none Rear: 17 x 8.5 +40 Spacer: none Tires: Falken FK510 Front: 225/45R17 Rear: 225/45R17 Suspension/Fender Mods/Camber: Bilstein B12 ProKit No fender mods -3.0 Front camber (M3 LCAs, Turner camber plates) -1.5 Rear camber Notes: This a pretty tame set up. Run it hard at the track with no rubbing issues. I will make a new post when I move to RT660s (likely a 235/45R17). Also note, the wheels have no issues clearing 135i 6 piston front brake calipers. |

Wheels: BMW Style 230
Front: 19 x 8 +37 Spacer: none Rear: 19 x 9 +39 Spacer: none Tires: Michelin Pilot Sport 4S Front: 225/35R19 Rear: 225/35R19 Suspension/Fender Mods/Camber: None No fender mods (yet) Planning on pulling the fronts out a little bit. Notes: I friggin love this set up. This car has been a little project for my gf and I. Believe it or not, pretty minimal rub considering how aggressive the offset is. Really only rubs on BIG bumps, otherwise its quite nice. |

Wheels Front : 18” x 7.5J ET 49 Rear : 18” x 8.5J ET 52 Tyre Front : 215/40/R18 Rear : 245/35/R18 BMW performance suspension kit Now I wanner go for BBS Rims that Front : 18” x 8J ET 45 Rear : 18” x 9J ET50 I plan to keep the same tyre spec. Therefore, I would like to know the new rims will have enough clearance for both calipers, and any chance rear tyres will rub against the fender even heavy load occasionally? Thanks! |

Fitment help
Hey guys, was wondering if anyone has done this setup or knew if it would work.
I saw on youtube someone did ST XTA coilovers with the recommended apex fitment and ended up needing to put 10mm spacers all around to make it work so his fitment ended up being Front: 18x8.5 et35, Rear: 18X9.5 et47. So I'm seeing if getting this setup would work: Apex EC-7 with ST XTA coilovers. Front: 18x8.5 et35 Rear: 18x9.5 et43 If so, any tire recs? |

Figured I'd post my winter setup in here.
Style 157's, forged 17x8 et34, 20lbs w/o tires. Tires are Continental VikingContact 7, 225/45r17. Car is on Koni Yellows w/ H&R Sport springs, running -2.7* camber in front and -2* in rear. I noticed a little rubbing in the rear going in and out of my driveway. Seems like they're rubbing on the fender liner, not the fender itself. The plan is to use the same Style 157's with 245/40r17 in the summer which will clear my f30 brembo's... may need to roll the rear fender. View post on imgur.com
