1M halos LED or not?

Ive seen pics where they look yellow like the 135 halos and I have seen pics/vids where they look like they could be the new LEDs.

Anyone have a definitive answer?

Ive seen that... is it clear to you? Not to me.

Besides I wouldnt consider that a definitive answer, just some insight.
