Coolant hose

Hi Guys

Just wanted to ask I have a crack on the under side of the hose (on my 2005 116i) that takes coolant into the engine and it obviously keeps leaking out I can fit a new hose myself but I cant find that part any where I can’t even find a part number any ideas ??

Hi Brandon,

I'm not entirely sure which hose you're referring too. I replaced the lower coolant hose (the one that the thermostat sits in) on my 2006 120i about a month ago. Was a relatively easy repair, just required a bit of encouragement to wriggle it out.

Below is a link to the part numbers associated with coolant hoses for '05 E87 116i. I'm fairly sure you're after item #2. Hope this helps.
