Not my car, but seems like a pretty good price if that's a real CF roof.

I'm pretty sure that is Einser M 's car. I don't believe it had a real carbon fiber roof but possible. Originally it was wrap but he put so much stuff on it later that it's possible.

On another positive note, I saw the Carfax and it had the turbos replaced which is about a $6K repair and only a few thousand miles ago.

That's one of the big ones to worry about already done.

That's funny, I asked the owner if it had been previously modified and he said it had not. Looks like it had some work done after all.

The previous owner may have not known. I think Einser sold it back in 2013 to Carmax

Yes. Einser put it back to stock and sold it to Carmax. He wouldn't have known. But he replaced the turbos. That's a huge expense.

Even though it was heavily modded years ago, it shouldn't automatically dissuade potential buyers. The build was well documented, sponsored, and professionally done; and so you end up having a more thorough vehicle history than some other 1Ms.

I would agree if the car came straight from einser. I can attest the car was respected but who knows afterward. It looks to be a solid buy.

Einser M is a great guy. I'm sure if anyone had any questions, they could probably reach him through the forum too.

It's going to be whoever owned it after him as the unknown. Doesn't seem like they drove it a lot in the past few years though.

The concern was about mods. Einser did the mods and put it back to stock. That's why it would be helpful to talk to him. Last owner looks like did not mod.

From being familiar with his car and him selling it, I can say the most intrusive mod to the car was drilling the rear trunk for a GTS Wing. The trunk we filled and touch up so it's in of drilling is all but invisible unless if you open the trunk and remove the inner trunk trim.

Otherwise, car only had light bolt ons.
