Muffler Delete Pipes

Hello everyone,

In my other thread I had asked about the differences between the BMW PE and the Magnaflow mufflers. Since then I had simply cut off the stock muffler at the same point as I would need to install the PE.

I enjoy the sound of the muffler delete and would like to extend the pipes and install tips. The sound is good in the low end but not much in the high rpm. I would like an intake that gives a nice high rpm sound without too much drone.

1) Without welding and lots of sawing, is it possible to extend the exhaust diy?

2) What intake would pair nicely with a muffler delete?

Thanks!
