OEM fit and finish, not a SINGLE alteration
M style ears headlight washer OEM parking sensors 1M exhaust best of all, fluffy alcatera dash. Not 100% visible but see the dash color difference between the iDrive LCD backing and the gauge backing. The only "legit" thing would be the hood, but then all 1 series share the same hood, so why wouldn't it work on 1M? 100% marketing hype --- Edit - no rear quarter panel (wide front no wide rear, lol). No widening of the suspension, so are they expecting people to simply run big spacers?

Saw that, doesn't apply to me. Thanks though. It will be just like picking up my 1 in germany even though it's an export model. I love being military sometimes. Hope we get this marketing tactic cleared up though. Otherwise, I'll just take the hood and wait for Extreme Dimensions kit.

But but it still has no ///M button on the steering wheel...
Lol seriously, now we'll all be driving 1M's. The irony is that these modded 135i's are already quicker than the 1M's too! I'll probably be selling my Performance skirts, cf diffuser and exhaust when this comes out Btw, this is the hood i"ve been asking Slek to make!!! |

I'm sure 1M owners won't care about this bc you won't ever see one because i'm sure it'll cost a fortune. At the price it'll cost to "make" this car, makes more sense to just get a 1M.

If it looks like the pic, then I don't mind looking like a 1M. if it looks like a copy of a 1M, then I would obviously not want it.
Obviously no one here saw the 350z-Porsche-Panemara @ SEMA. I would rock that in a heartbeat. Nissan doorhandles and all.

isnt the 1m really basically this body kit, an lsd, m3 suspension and a better tune... and interior is different, so now with this kit, if you change the suspension, exhaust, throw on a lsd and get a tune.... you kind of really have a 1m. just not officially

I dont get why the parts wont fit on a 1M? Especially the hood.
As far as M owners being upset, maybe the BSM and AW guys but us VO guys arent really affected. Anyone who likes it and wants it, go for it. |

•Prior-Design PDM1-WB rear widenings (fits all bmw 1-Series E82 models except 1M) <<< this answer's your edit to their defense.. they are not selling a complete car package.. they are selling a body kit... one would assume the owner need to secure the suspension bits... and exhaust ... and paint.. and installation etc etc p.s have 100% nothing to do with this kit or company.. just making an observation.. also i think it looks great..

I like the kit though, IF it looks like in pictures. The 1 series is a rare car by itself, not only 1M(s)... |
