How old is your battery?
I checked my battery negative post and it says 20/09. My car is 09 with 74K miles and I owned it now for 9 years. Driving only in the summer time and it sits on trickle charger over winter.
I wasn't going to replace it until it fails but I started to noticing my oil temps going up. When I checked the radiator fan it doesn't spin at full speed. It kicks in and then it turns off after few seconds. I'm thinking that's related to the old/tired battery. I will change the battery and hopefully that will fix my problem. What's fascinating that it lasted 15 years! Most of my other cars batteries only last 5-7 years. How old is/was your battery and what made you change it?
