Ask your salesman to go pick you up! I think that is the least he/or she could do. IF all else fails... there is always the Taxi option.
Welcome to the 1er club! |

Good idea but, not an option it's a repossessed vehicle. Otherwise, I would be driving back from Munich.
I am pretty sure there is an S-bahn stop within a 20min walk of the gate. If anyone knows what line and the name of the stop? I think it's Vogelweh (bird way)? thanks

Vogelweg is the close one but I think Einsiedlerhof is closer. If I was still up there I would have. G/L bro.
Hey, at the Kaiserslautern Hbf get on the S1 and get off at Einsiedlerhof. You'll walk back to the bridge and if you're going to the Pentagon Used Car sales its less than 1/4 mile. You can see it on Google maps. Nick

Yep
Yep...no problem, caught a taxi from the Hbf to base for 18 euro. I even picked up an Esso card on base.
It has been sitting outside since July. A couple of slow cranks and the ignition caught and it sprang to life. So no call to ADAC needed Being repossessed it has some minor issues. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A REPOED VEHICLE SIGHT UNSEEN AS I DID. in this case with good photos, low mileage, and a sale price 7 thousand under retail value it was a Risk I was willing to take. 1. The battery is "discharging" while the vehicle is not running. Previously in my E90 the same problem required a battery change. The car is still under warranty so i may get lucky. The previous owner started to put in an aftermarket amplifier and these extra cables hanging off the battery may be the cause. I have scored a "fine" Axton1500 amp........retail value.....110 USD....wahooo! Crutchfield look out! This was left in the trunk along with some polish, rags, and other junk. 2. The detent ejector for the fuel door is missing? Not sure what's up with that. It looks easy enough to replace. 3. All 4 tires needed air with each at about 19psi. 4. There is only one key fob. A replacement is on order from BMW of San Antonio. My wife and I had a creepy thought. The car may have belonged to someone KIA. I doubt it...but the thought did cross my mind. In which we would trade it in on something else. Otherwise, what fantastic daily driver for a rock bottom price. Thanks!
