Stick-on or actual roof replacement? A stick-on CF roof (I know how is sounds, but trust me, it looks incredible) is something the Japanese cars have been doing for a long time, especially the Subaru/Mitsu/Nissan crowds. It looks great, but I dont know if it could be done with the sunroof in our cars. There is that felt-like ring around the outside of the sunroof, I'm guessing thats for waterproofing. |

I didnt mean the 3M CF-look stuff, I was talking about real CF overlays, like what was said below. Quote:
^^^This. A friend of mine has a CF overlay on the roof of his 350Z and it looks great. But like I said, I dont know if we can fit a CF overlay in where that felt ring thats around the sunroof. I was looking at it today and its a pretty tight fit. |

You guys could be responsably from turning the 1er from this car that is cutsie to one that is more aggressive than a mosler. As far as the hood goes, I want aggressive but not cluttered so vents and dome for me. Please make them functional as I hate when they are not (come on its an expensive piece) More info cough text me mario cough

Interested. I always liked the look of the vorsteiner one, but I just can't justify the 1700 bones (for the double sided one) plus shipping plus cost of painting to get it looking like I want it to.

Looks great so far! Hopefully price will be low too. How complicated is it to install (wires, washer fluid)? How about an option for side skirts? Something a bit more aggressive than oem.

I think vents near the turbos/intake would make the most sense, since that's where all the heat is generated, but in a fashion that the vents can be closed/blocked off (i.e. rain/washing the car).

Yep, just cover the vents when you paint it. Maybe what I do but I will probably keep it all cf
