Data logging options ?
I just joined the "1" club with a recent purchase of an '09 135i 6MT. Any recommendations for simple and affordable logging software not associated with a tune (don't want to beat that dead horse here !). I would like to monitor my engine for future troubleshooting and such. Available real time display capability would be great and code reading...
Thanks in advance! |

On android look up MHD in the app store. Core app is free, logging module is $49 and is outstanding. Bonus, should you decide to tune later it's the best flash tuning package available currently. If you need an obd cable the one they recommend is inexpensive also.
You'll be able to log and monitor on any compatible android device. |

I just use torque with a $10 ELM327 adapter off ebay. Works great, I'm sure theres other faster reading readers if you want though. It does data logging if thats all your looking for
