Re the carbon interior bits, I have these in my car currently - I'm not sure how the gearshift surround bit will look alongside all the alcantara.
Clive, thanks for the pics. Now if only the black one had been there as well, then i could have finally made my colour choice. Today black, tomorrow white, the next day black the day after who knows

Apparently they only have the two - BMW UK don't have a black one.

I think looking at the polls white will be the most common, then VO and lastly BSM. I am down to 2 colours and i am really stuck between BSM and AW

Well before Clive's pics and a visit to my dealer today I was almost set on BSM and waivering on White.

After seeing a dirty BSM 1er M Sport coupe at the dealer today I am ALMOST certainly going to change. My cars do get dirty pretty quickly unfortunately.

However i am now back to all three colours. Argh.

Agree I need to see all three colours before committing.

On a side note, my dealer has told me there could be a possibility of ED for UK buyers due to a loophole in the law. Fingers crossed.

My car is already in the UK, do you think they would send it back if I ask nicely?

Disappointing that, if they were bothering with a plaque surely individual numbers would have been the way to go?

I'm beginning to have doubts about black, white with black wheels would look brilliant.

Did you get to drive it Clive?
When is your car due ? Has it been built yet ?

As I said to my dealer today, if mine wasn't no 1 of 450 or 450 of 450 then i wouldn't be bothered and would prefer the one of 450 label.

If they could guarantee me car 1 or 450 then cool! But i certainly wouldn't pay extra although i could see it worth more in future.

I think they did the fair thing.

Thanks for the pics Clive. Great to see the two colors I am interested in the same photo side by side. Hopefully, this will aid in my decision.

The dealer is quoting week 23 for delivery which is the week commencing 6th June IIRC. So possibly have a week or two yet to change my mind another 50 million times...

You might not....... if delivery is week 23, as your car should have already gone into Status 1200 at least, which is the stage before being locked down for production.

My 135i is due for build in week 23 (so a few weeks before your 1M) and I was informed on Friday that my car had just gone to Status 1200, so if I wanted to change my mind on spec I have to let them know by early next week.

No kidding? Your's is being built same week as mine, w/c 6th June?

I was hoping to have at least until April 19th to decide.

Was at my dealer this morning and my status was unchanged.

19th is only a week or so away, and if Status 1200 lasts a week or so, and your status maybe a few days behind mine, that would be about right for us.

I'm sticking with my selection now, I spent long enough deciding before ordering

Yes I know.

No it isn't an option.

Government or law issue however my dealer told me that could change due to a loophole. Shame cos Mercedes and Porsche offer it.

Am I being fick?

What legal/government issues can there be? If its unlawful, MB couldn't offer it.

On another note, my next car will be an X5 (that's what I was meant to be buying this time ) so I wonder if BMW will offer a USA Delivery?
