i dunno what happend....
just found out after the wash....
it was freaking hot last few weeks....could it be the reason?
under warranty? I hope....

It is quite common actually. So common that the 2 1ers that I have seen in the past 24hours both had busted tailights.

Very common on the 1er and the last generation Z4. Dealer will fix under warranty - no big deal.
