BMW Performance Exhaust Axelback
I've decided that trying to make the 135 sound like i wanted it to is futile....my vette has the sound i'm going for. So I'm pulling off my exhaust, going back stock, and continuing to drive my daily driver just a bit quieter. This is the BMW performance exhaust, but axelback only, bolts to stock resonator. No cutting or pasting, fully bolt on. Sound is nicely deeper, esp outside of car, windows down, or seats down. With everything bottled up, not much louder. Right now want to sell local, meaning you pick it up. I'm in delaware just off 95 (2 hrs to DC, 2.5 to NYC) 19702 Asking 500 bucks for it.

I thought there was also a Y-Pipe that came with this that elimates the resonator at the end of the stock midpipe. Or am I misinformed?
Any drone with this exhuast? |

need some brillo to polish them up. was starting to rain last night and after i took the pics i didn't have time to clean them up.
also, yes the full bmw perf exhaust includes a y pipe (no resonator) this doesn't have that, simply bolts as essentially axle back (technically its in front of the axle but it's full bolt on, no cutting, etc. NO drone at all, decent sound outside car and windows down, but not much louder than stock at all with the car buttoned all up. There are usually cheap factory midpipes around so my plan will be to buy one to cut the cats and resonator out of in case i need to go back to stock to sell car. |

You can definitely go to a reputable muffler shop and have them make a Y-Pipe for you on the cheap or they could probably make you a new midpipe without any resonators.
