HPFP warranty question

So mine is starting to die on me, the Pure stage 2 probably asks for more than this pump can give.

I have an early build n55 (5/10 build date). I know n54's got the 120k hpfp warranty, but do us early build n55 guys also get the warranty? A new pump is only $600 from fcpeuro, so not the biggest bullet to bite, but I'd of course prefer it be free.

what did you do?

I asked bmw north america that the n55 has the same hpfp from n54's but that gave me a corporate 'no' and my local dealership wanted $100 to pre-inspected the problem

SIb130309 should have included use 2011 n55 135i but failed to do so. (file attached)

What did you end up doing?
