service report for scraping wheels

Anyone have a service report I can see or use possibly to show my BMW techs. Im going in tomorrow to get my problem of scraping left rear wheel. I think its the brake dust cover from what ive learned but not sure.
Its an annoying and embarasing problem to have this scraping sound at a certain rotation of the wheel. Its pretty noticable too from inside the car.
Anyone have a similar problem that has been fixed?
I might need the service report to show my techs since they are very horrible about doing any sort of work on my car if i dont have proof it is their problem.
