1M clone track build

Purchased my 128i a little over a year and a half ago as a dedicated track car and I was not a fan of the front end.

While the tariffs were being mentioned, I decided to purchase all of the front end bits to ensure I would not have to pay more if I waited….and I was right.

After installing the front end i decided to get the car painted ruby star neo and install some isc coilovers which performed really well on track.

That brings us to the present where I grew tired of how the car looked disproportional in certain angles so I decided to do the 1M rear end and in the process gutted the interior, installed the autopower half cage, a Nelson racing cf sunroof delete panel and VIS carbon fiber hood and trunk.

Crazy to see what it started with! Sick color choice. Did you go with new rear wheels or space these out to fit the arches?

Thanks! I actually got a brand new wheels all together. Finishing up some brake work and she’ll be off to paint for a re-spray.

Haven’t posted in a while but the body work is finally done and the new wheels put on.

I didn’t account for the wheel gap closing when going from 17-18” so the car sits about 1.5” higher than when these pics were taken.
