Pop and Bangs Possible Damage

Hey guys, bare with me as I am relatively a noob when it comes to cars and just had a question. I have a 2013 BMW 128i with the M Performance Exhaust as well as a secondary cat delete I had done about 6 months ago. I still have the factory primary catalytic converters in. The exhaust note was right where I wanted it but I wasn't getting the level of pops/bangs to satisfy me. I came across a YouTube video where the guy held down/tapped the throttle to create loud pops and bangs and It works perfectly with my exhaust setup. My question is, would doing this repeatedly destroy my catalytic converters or my engine in any way? I love the sound but I'm afraid I'm messing something up. Thank you!

I seriously doubt it. The thing that does destroy cats is a tune that would dump fuel to create more pops and bangs, so do not run a catless tune on a car with stock primaries. Enjoy the burbles, sec cat delete does wonders! Just be careful with smog, you will fail visual if they look under the car.
