Sounds a little weird... I didn't think the boat got to melbourne until the 6/11? How would it get released on the 30/10?

mmmm well iv been told approx 14 business days... as a worse case i think .... fingers crossed its only a week or so....

but i have read on other threads that approx 10days is normal...

The first link indicates that our ship arrives @ 10am perth time... and the second will allow us to see a picture of the ship @ fremantle... there are other webcams... so if that one isn't correct check out the website..

Hehe... the obsession continues... my frustration now lies with the fact that even thought my car arrives on 11/11... and even if it is ready on the 21/11..... I may not be able to pick it up until 12/12

As to why I won't be able to pick up the car.....

The first possible weekend that the car could be available is 21/11 which is when I have reserve training... I then have a wedding that my mother has told me I can not miss.... (not mine....)

The weekend after is another army weekend.. which then leaves the 12/12!!! Might have to try and get a week day off... problem is the last few weeks have been too crazy and I don't really have time during the week... egads!

Totti have u got ur performance parts yet?? (have you seen them in the flesh??)
the reason i ask is because i got mine in the mail the other day and the CF mirrors are the normal shape (08/09) if we r supposed to have a MY10 model wont the mirrors be different??

Not sure if you guys got the LCI.... but if your cars are Sept build then they are MY10....

LCI = Lifecycle Impulse... basically BMW's terminology for a refresh or update in components (internal and/or external) of a car....

So your mirrors could be part of the LCI... for the M3... it looks like they are only updating the rear light clusters (turning them into LED rather than bulbs)
