Also, are both the struts and shock in the link externally adjustable without removing them from the car? The ones pictured also does not have a white rear pair which are the aggressively valved and shorter than the standard Koni yellows.

Struts are externally adjustable.

The way rear dampers mount in the car you will have to remove the damper even if it's the external adjustable version.
